Welcome to the Tom Lane State Farm Agency! As a transplant to Bethalto, I have grown to love this community and am very pleased to have raised my sons here! We opened the agency doors January 2, 2007. We have emphasized exceptional customer service for my Good Neighbors since that day. Having been in the insurance industry since 1998, I came to the position with a strong background that allowed me to be in a great position to meet the needs of our State Farm customers with a high level of knowledge, dedication and care. My awesome team and I take great pride in helping customers in the Riverbend Area and across Madison, Macoupin, Jersey, and St. Claire Counties protect what matters most with Life, Auto, and Home Insurance. We can also help with Renters, Condo, Business, Motorcycle, and Pet Insurance to suit a variety of lifestyles. My team is committed to putting the needs of our customers first. We will take the time to understand what is important to you so we can help you create a personalized plan to suit your unique situation.

My service to our community doesn’t end at the office. I also serve as a leader in the Bethalto community. I co-founded the Bethalto Chamber of Commerce and recently retired from 2 terms as President. I am currently the President-elect of the Rotary Club of Bethalto as well as being a member and past President of the Bethalto Kiwanis Club. Prior to this, I help initiate the start-up of the Bethalto Youth Basketball Program and served as its Director for 9 years. I still enjoy involvement in basketball through my role coaching at the Junior High School in Bethalto. In my free time I love spending time with my family, watching and attending sporting events at all levels, playing golf and traveling. I have been married for nearly 30 years, and my wife, Kelli, and I are proud parents of three sons who are currently making their way in the world.
