"Recently took my truck in for hail damage repair and after finding further damage, the truck was totaled. State Farm had an Enterprise car ready for me at the shop and even let me keep it while I shopped for a new truck. They covered the whole thing and had my payout in a couple of days. Couldn’t have been smoother!"

"I was gonna do business with this office but apparently when they Tell you their going to call you back the next day and that was over a week ago to sign paperwork and collect money apparently they don't want new business."

"I have been a client w/Tom Lane State Farm for years as well as my parents before me. In a time when social climate is in flux, it's hard to ever anticipate genuine customer service. But everyone at Tom Lane's office will great you warmly, take time to talk with you like a real person, and go above and beyond to make sure you are being taken care of at 150%.
