"Listen... I don't do reviews much anymore, because I genuinely have a whole lot of distrust and disgust for corporations anymore, but everyone deserves to make their money. Especially the individual that goes the extra mile. I've relied on Katie and her co-workers for years now to take care of my insurance needs and questions-- and they never, ever fail me. Throughout a bunch of claims, they've never failed to take care of me and get my issues resolved.
